It has a thermal pad with adhesive on it, so putting it in a plastic bag and putting it in the freezer will make it a little easier to get off. Make sure you clean that thermal pad off pretty well before you go and put a new heatsink on it.
Either a blowdryer and pry it off with a razor blade, or stick it in the freezer for a little while (don't forget the plastic baggy!) and pry it off with a razor blade.
I Prefer the freezer since you don't have to use gloves for it!
