Just picked up a malay 2.4c at the local comp show. its a Q318a330. pack date 6-3. does anyone have one? if so how's it run?

Q steppings are not excellent, and I have not heard about the 18th week. I would say it will probebly be average with an O/C around 3.2-3.3GHz

dang wuz lookin for 3.4-3.5, well someones gonna get a good deal on this cpu if doesnt clock well...

Steppings do not guarantee a good/bad overclock. On P4s and athlons they seem like they can set a VERY general 'guideline' of overclockability. I have a 3312A Costa rica that hits 3550Mhz on air.

yeah, yeah, thats the ticket! maybe this badboy of mine will run 3.5-3.6 god. im startin to feel the stirring in my loins
