cannot connect to some ftps

Having trouble connecting to some ftps
I am using a dlink di604 router
i cannot connect to some fts

when using passive mode
227 Entering Passive Mode (192,168,100,210,19,61)
Data Socket Error: Connection refused

without passive mode
150 Opening ASCII mode data connection for /bin/ls.
426 Data connection closed, transfer aborted.


If i connect my pc directly to the cable modem it connects very well

Ive enabled DNZ for one of my pcs
still no luck
also opened port 133,135,153 for ident

I recommend you using FhashFXP or CutoFTP.They must be good.

go into toggels, and clix the toggle that is like nmsqt passthrouhg or something, i belive its second from the top, just look for something that has an abbrevation and clix that
