9800 vmod? (detailed explanation?)

Can anyone tell me where to find info on vmodding a R9800np?

I've seen the picture below, but it doesn't give enough details for me to know what to do.

Does anyone know what the the Vddr, Vddq, and Vref supplies are used for?

I'd guess Vddr is the ram voltage, but I don't know about the others.

Check out this thread (http://www.xtremesystems.org/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=13679) at extrmesystems.org. Read the whole thread at least 3 times. I have already built my v-mod resistor but haven't soldered it on yet.
