Also will a Chrome orb fit a Abit Kt7a Raid motherboard?It is a 1gig 200mhz FSB chip. The Chrome Orb will fit but I wouldnt use it. In a word, they suck. A better HSF would be an Alpha PAL 6035, a FOP, or a WBK.

Lose the Chrome Orb, its as useless as tits on fish. They were not designed for anything over 800-900mhz. Save up $20- 35 and get a real HSF. If you try to use the Orb, it won't matter what CPU you have it will be toast.
