I was wondering what speeds to expect with a Swiftech MCX4000-T and a P4 3GHz.

What are the chances of achieving 3.75GHz or more?

It would be easier to achieve those speeds WITHOUT a Peltier element on aircooling (pelt is good on water). It will produce enough wattage till where the heatsink will become saturated with heat (dont know correct term) and cannot dissipate the 350+w fast enough. If you need anything more than a minor Vcore bump, it will take you past the 120w mark where the peltier element becomes a burden to the heat flow into the sink.

u cant estimate that kinda overclock with that kinda information. you need more information. something that would help would be what kind of stepping you have.
