overclocking 2500+ to 3200+

hey im a total noob at overclocking but oke i got some mate sthat are fairly good with overclocking but always offline so im asking here

this is my system:

amd athlon xp 2500+ TT 11+ hsf
abit nf7-s 2.0 running bios 17
2x 256 xms cosair pc 3200 dual channel timings 8-3-3-2.5
enermax 350 watt psu
ati radeon 9800 pro 128 mb
1x seagate 80gb barracuda IV sata
1x seagate 35gb Barracuda IDE
win xp pro no sp1


my problems:
1.
first the amd i wanna put it on 200x11 its 166x11 now but when ever i put it on 200x11 and i tryed it with vcore at 1.65/1.70/1.75/1.80/1.85 i always end up with darn BSOD and c0000005 errors or programms will just stop and go to my desktop and that kind of weird things and i dont got this when my cpu is at defualt can some1 please help me with this i so wanna make my system faster cus loading isnt so sweet with a 2500 i could run it on 3200 but with alot of crashes and errors but the loading whas uber fast.

my memory timings are not what they supposed to be they supposed to be 7-3-3-2 but when ever i touch these timings what ever i put em on i come up with a bios checksum error in awardbios bootblock than i have to reset my cmos and all is oke again vcc=2.6 tryed 2.7 only gives ****loads of errors and still checksum error

1. Temps?

2. You may need 2.7vdd

3. You probably need to reflash your bios.

4. Set ram to 3/3

5. Turn cpu interface to enabled.

350 psu Is what I saw!

oke temps are idle 32 stressed 43 - 45
cpu interface is enabled

oke i put it on 202 fsb x 11 @ 1.75 vcore it looks stable i ran 3dmark2k3 cpu tests twice they made it with first test 77.1 fps ans second 11.5 sissoft sandra it performs 0.01% faster than a 3200+ in that test its at 2222 mhz now my ram timings are 3-3-3-2 dual channel 3200 mb ps ill make a post if it becomes unstable and i need to get mad at it again :>
