HERE IS HOW TO TEST WATER ACID CONTENT:

Your Pet store, like PetCo or PetMart carries Acid Test Papers originally design for Aquiram Tank water.
And you can also purchase anti acid solution from the store also.

Why would you want to find the pH of water? I assume you mean in a water cooling loop acidic solutions can accelerate corrosion.

Plus I have already got an "acid tester" - it's called Universal indicator paper and I don't need to buy it from a pet shop. It's much better too - gives the full range of pH values.
 
I figured boiling water and filtering it first was the water for use in water cooled systems. Totally neutral water as preferred by many acid or calcium sensitive plants..
