Dual with any two P3 450 MHz ?

I can get 2 of these P3 450 MHz cpu. Will they run dual on a dual slot1 board, or should they be a matched pair ?

A matched pair of CPUs are preferred in dual proc systems, but there is no reason two P-III 450's won't work as long as the vcore voltage is the same. Go for it if you want.
