on board AC97 or my old SB LIVE??

i just built my new system and i am not sure if i should use the sb live sound card in my old pc or the on board ac97 on my p4p800dlx mb. thanks.

ac97 audio quality is on the same level as sblive. Though it may save a few frames in games, im not absolutely sure.

I switched my onboard AC 97 to sound blaster live. It sounds alot better to me. Also the SB Live has alot more options to fine tune it to your ears.
