After you burned in if you want to do it that is) then you should begin by lowering the multi right down and then upping the fsb until you are happy and/or it become unstable. After you find the highest possible fsb through tweaking etc you should lower it a few mhz to be totally stable and then up the multi as you wish.
 
BUT, dont sacrifice 100 mhz of CPU speed for 2 mhz FSB speed, its not a good trade off. So find your max FSB, then find your max CPU speed, and then find the multiplyer that will get you closest to both of them.
