Higher Vcore in windows?

Well, I've got a Asus A7V8X. In Bios it reports 1.6v vcore on the nose, which is what its supposed to be, but once I get into windows it shows up as 1.63v to 1.65v (changes back n forth every few secs) on MBM5. What I would like to know ; Is this normal? Is it PSU related? Whats going on?:( *cries*

Mine fluctuates too in not just MBM5, but other monitoring programs. I think it normal and ok for it to do that within certain tolerances.
