here's one of my 1700s, that I modded to 2400+ with a razor...

Which bridges should I connect for SMP support? Here's a picture for you guys to help me out...

I knew it was the last L5, but the L5 isn't as clearly marked as I remember.

Is this the bridge i should connect?

I think so, but don't do it on my saying-so. Look around the SMP forum and try to get a guy called CMCquisition to answer your question - he is the SMP g0d.
 
all you need to do to connect that bridge is put some conductive paint or grease in the pit. I have the same package style and it worked for me. I know a few other people have had to do the same thing. And yes that is the bridge to be connected.
 
wouldn't I have to scrap away the black material in the middle?

or should I just go for it...

isn't there a pin under the cpu that also corresponds to that bridge as well?

Regardless fallas, i'm gonna experiment...
