I'm relatively new to the OCing bandwagon, so forgive this question.

What is up with the TH7-RAID's Bios? Why do 95% of the frequency choices have 40+ as a PCI frequency? Is there a way to lock it, or is this board just that ancient?

The problems with the TH7, it was made to support a very weak CPU, the Willammette, and it was shortly updated to a killer board, the TH711. the recommendation that I have, look for a TH711 for that PC800 RDRAM that you have.

3 of the 4 boards in my Lego folding box are TH711s, the fourth is an IT7.

Drat! and I paid $30 for this board. Foiled again.

I'm still at 133fsb (1.725 on a 1.3 chip) so I'm not too peeved. This is eventually turning into a ftp server, so I'm not looking to OC the crap out of this chip. I'll keep the TH711 in mind when I go looking for deals.
