I wanted to know if you think......

I want a low priced fan that provides good cooling, I was looking at the Thermaltake A1138 Volcano 6+ Cooler, it's specification quite good I was just thinking. I want this one for my 1.2GHz Duron, because it gets quite hot like at around 52 Degrees Celcius. I'm gonna get the Volcano 7+ or 9 later on but I want this for now if it's good?

I just want some opions on it so that it can help my choice!

Why buy a Volcano 6 now then a 9 later? If it has to do with how much money you have now (and predict you'll have later), I'd say wait to get a Thermalright SK-7 or SLK-800 and a Thermaltake Smart Fan II. As long as your Duron is stable, you should be fine at 52C.
