Which Motherboard? Urgent!!!

Functional motherboards which hold the reset signal until temperature reaches -33:

EPoX Ep-4PCA3 (Canterwood)
AOpen AX4SPE Max (Springdale)
MSI 865PE Neo2 (Springdale)
EPoX Ep-4DA2+ (Springdale)

I have to buy one of those for my Prommy Mach I. Only compatible boards. Which one should I get. Trying to oc 3.0c to 4ghz

I don't have any direct experience with those boards, but I believe I heard the MSI neo was okay.
