Can Anyone Help With A Duron 800 o/c

I have a Duron 800 on a Abit KT7 A Raid Motherboard 512 mb - 133 mhz crucial memory and Elsa Gforce graphics card, Sound Blaster Live. The level one bridges have been done and at 10x100 it makes the magic 1 Ghz. The CPU has a Global Win heat sink and fan and the graphics card a Blue Orb, The case features two power supplys and five fans which gives a system temp of 21 c and CPU temp of around 30 c ( is this ok as nobody has told me what to expect and at what temprature i should worry ) It Appears that some people are clocking a lot higher than this and was wondering if anyone can give me suggestions as to what settings i should try as im new to overclocking and currently am just guessing with not much success

Seems like an okay rig to me... Try upping the FSB & multi... Most likely the multi won't cut it, tho. 30C is quite good for idle(it is idle, is it?). My 22.1 is most likely a freak occurrence, as I've not seen it more than once. The machine had been on for several hours, though.
