Mitch,
What kind of water cooling set up are you looking to make? My is all self contained in the case and works perfect. What kind of case do you have? I can help you, but know what size case and if you want to have it self contained would help.
My set up is pretty simple. I have an Inwin 500 case. I have a danger den cooling cube, a maze2, a Eheim 1048 pump, and an electrical junction box. The pump is mounted on the bottom of the case, near the front, on the front wall of the case I have mounted the electrical junction box-so the the water goes directly into the pump on the suction side. From there it goes to the maze 2, center port right above the die and out from there to the cooling cube which is right above my power supply. I have a 120mm pulling air thru the cooling cube and out the back of the case-this I have to cut into the case-the fan is bolted to the rear wall and supports the rad also-from there back to the top of the junction box. I did disassemble the case and layed everything out. Marking where I wanted to install everything and cut up my case. All my air flow comes in from the front and out the back. I you need any other help, or pics-let me know.

well i have a tower case, i think its just a generic one, with an antec 400watt power supply, as far as the watercooler setup i am looking for the best and easiest to install for like 120-150 dollar range,
