athlon 850 freezes

please help i have an athlon 850 on a fic az11e motherboard with 128pc133 ram and geforce 2mx.the problem is when i turn the fsb upto 100 it will load windows and then freezes but it will run fine at 90 fsb.ive tried it in safe mode and it will run at 100 fsb

Not familar w/ your MOBO, but you can try this.
Set fsb to 90, reboot and run "msconfig", in the start up box (far right)
unclick everything but systray and explorer. Reboot.
Now try upping your fsb. You might also increase your voltage a tad.

tried with just systray and explorer still no joy thanks anyway
