boot problem

my mom just got msi 815et pro for her PIII during boot it says verifying dmi pool.......... at the bottom of the screen and stays there forever i have no idea what to do to get it to boot has anyone seen this before?

I've seen this before, and it could be a lot of things. You may want to post this query in a more general forum for better results though. My guess would be that you need to reinstall windows.
