Is there a way I can find out what NS my ram is on my 9800? I have the id and code thats on the ream written out, and I would like to find out what they are, can anyone direct me to where I can find out what speed it is?
They all seem to have samsung 2.8 from what I've seen. Read the #'s off of the memory chips and type them into google. That'll point you to what you've got.

K4D263238E-GC33 300MHz 600Mbps/pin
If it's 600mhz, then it's 3.3ns ram. 600 ddr = 300 normal. 1000/mhz = ns rating; thus 1000/300 = 3.3.
...which makes sense, considering many 9800s have that RAM.

Yeah I knew that already, just posted my results to let everyone know. Thanks though, hopefully I can flash it to a pro as soon as I get my floppy working.
