does geforce fx 5200 non-ultra require internal connection to psu?

does this video card require a connection to the internal power supply? im 99% sure its non-ultra, but if it is ultra, then does it require connection to internal powr supply (like the radeon 9500+) ??

also, if it does but u dont put it in, will the card just crash or will it get damaged?

From what I have seen from doing a little research, only the the 5200ultra requires a molex connector.
