The Alpha PAL, ThermoEngine and Vantec FCE-62540D all with the Delta 38 fan have tested well for me. You're looking at the $20's -$30's for these.
Is there a website where I can check these out? And what could I look at at the next "higher" price range? Thanks dude.
best bang for the buck i would have to say would be the hedgehog choose the sunon fan for less noise

That link doesn't work dude. :D
Bang for buck I would recommend the Global Win WBK38. It can be had with the powerful and noisy delta fan for under $25, yet it is one of the newer designs and beats many others. There are comparisons at other websites (Anand, Tomshardware), as well at ww.2cooltek.com. 2cooltek is a good reliable source btw.

I'm with Yo on this. The GlobalWin with the Delta is both loud and effective. This performance doesn't carry a high price tag. I typically use millisec for my online cooling purchases.
2CoolTek and http://www.plycon.com are good stores as well.
Millisec's Url is : http://millisec.safeshopper.com/

Right on. Thanks guys. :D
What I did is I got a Cooler master DP5-6H51... very cheap, $10, then put a 80x80 Sanyo Denki fan on top, 29DBA, 2900rpm, 36.5 cfm... $10 more and it worked like a champ, 800 Duron @ 1066mhz, full load under prime95, CPU temp is always less than 40C :-) :-) :-).....I would never think of that lousy, noisy Delta Fan. Happy cooling and Ocing :-) :-) :-)

That's a good temperature for your Duron but the T-Birds that put out 74W would need more.
