Well I just got my 1 ghz AXIA today, and it doesn't seem to want to go higher than 1296 (12 x 108). I think this is mostly caused by my Abit KT7-RAID (not A) not being able to do much more than 108 FSB. What would increasing I/O voltage do to help this? As I have put CPU voltage to 1.85. Do you guys have any other suggestions to get this CPU higher? Oh I have PC150 CAS 2 Mushkin RAM too, so thats not the problem. Thanks for any help!

Aaron

PS. I'm using a Alpha PAL6035 and YS-Tech fan, and CPU isn't that hot.

you can try raising the io voltage, but for me it didn't do anything. i had the same situation: only kt133, so i was trying to get the fsb up from 107mhz. made no difference to me, but has helped people in the past. be careful though, cos you can fry your ram this way. interesting point: some people have found that lowering your vio helps(?!)...

the only way you're going to be able to make full use of that processor is to buy a kt133a-based board...
