Many people sell chip-set blocks like www.dangerden.com or you could red through the stickys and other post and learn to build your own. I think if you look in the classifieds you may also find someone willing to build you one or has one for sale

why the...... do you need one for the south bridge? ive got the same board as you, and ive got a passive heatsink on it, but that was just for kicks really, it does get warm, but not warm enought to need active fan cooling, let alone watercooling.
Maybe at a push for the northbridge if youor trying to run a high fsb, i know my cooler gets warm running 186fsb.
The dangerden Z chip gets quite alot of use on here, so id recomend that, after a better heatsink+fan combo.

my southbridge gets over 110f and i wanna build a silent pc so i wanna water cool it instead of puttng a fan on it. I use my onboard sound and lan and i use massive amounts of bandwith going in and out of my comp so my south bridge
does get amazingly hot

probably more hassle than it's worth to H20 cool the SB. Why not just put a passive heatsink on there?

I'll make a quick blanket statement on this...
There aren't any commercially produced waterblocks designed for SouthBridge cooling. The best you will find is a northbridge block to modify. However, even the SERIOUSLY overclocked computers won't have a southbridge hot enough to warrant water-cooling. That's like putting a peltier on your NIC.
uhmn well, i hate to sound newbish because im not very technical about it, but my fingers tell me my south bridge got hot enough to warrant active cooling. so now it has it. and i dont do jack with this computer either.
maybe its my board, who knows? but it DOES get hot.
is7-e, 1.5 vagp, 2.8 vdimm 1.610 vcore.
im half tempted to rma it because everyone keeps saying that south bridges DONT get hot, but mine does. so the problem exists, and not only in someones head.
as far as getting a waterblock for the southbridge, vonkaars right, none are made. im sure you could mod a n/b to do it though. might be as simple as thermal epoxy or tape.
cheers
