error downloading my email

Hi,
When I try and download my emails, I keep getting this error. its been like this for 3 days now.

The server responded with an error. Account: 'pop.lineone.net', Server: 'pop.lineone.net', Protocol: POP3, Server Response: '-ERR cannot open disk file error 2', Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 0x800CCC90, Error Number: 0x800CCC90

Is the error at their end or mine.
Ive checked my settings, and it "looks" OK

Any ideas?

I would check the status of your ISP and se if they are having any problems, most have notification of problems on the support pages
