That may be a good idea. We don't carry Globalwin heat sinks because of the clip problems.

Changing the clip is playing with fire..... clips are designed for a certain heatsink thickness and and tensioned accordingly.... no matter how bad a clip on a HS is, for socket A, I would use it. When you switch clips, you have no idea how much you asre changing pressure by, and you may wind up with not enough pressure (bad). Many of you may be lucky and find a clip you like that works, but I am not going to risk frying my processor simply for clip ease. It's a better idea just to buy a HSF unit that has a good, easy to use clip (e.g. Taisol or Vantec).

Or you can get an MC462 that doesn't use a clip...;). Coolerguys has them in stock right now...

polish the fan blades with very fine wet&dry paper.
make them shiny
it helps a little.
or u can mod them.
replace the fan on the delta with the fans off the YS tech fans.
i did it to mine and it is little more quite.
but the plus is the cfm`s.
the YS tech fans have a better fan blade design then the deltas.
and also change the bearings with the ys tech fan ones to delta.
better bearings.(more smooth)
