Hey, I'd like to thank all of the people in the forums who have posted so much info on water cooling. I was previous running a HP 4450 (pentim celeron @ 366:( ), so i decided to do and upgrade.
System: IC7-G(bios 1.5), P4 2.6C @ 3.1(240fsb) , 512 corsair pc 3500 xms, AIW radeon 9800 pro, white water, d-tek core w/shroud, aluminium fan, ehiem 1250. WD Raptor,
I have read that this mobo reports temps at 10-15C higher than actual. Currently it reads 47C in bios and in sandra. Is Sandra wrong too?
With the overclock and WW, is 47C, which should be more like 37C a good temp?
I currently have an air conditioner pumping 67F air. Ram is at 2-3-3-7.
How much more could I push this baby and how should I do it? I would like 3.5, but i know 3.1 is cool.
