problem with XP powertoy tweakUI

Alright, so for..i dont even know how long, when i try to download and install tweakUI. i have downloaded it 25 times..always with the same result...but it will pop up a box as soon as i try to install it and say.

"The procedure entry point GetDllDirectoryW could not be located in the dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll."

any ideas on how i can fix this?

NEVERMIND...it turns out MICROSOFT!!!! has a crappy version of the program..it is an INCOMPLETE download. the real download is 540kb or something, not the 127kb or whatever it says on the microsoft website....

This error also shows up if you have installed SP1 and are using the older Tweak UI for XP

I installed TweakUI and now I can't uninstall it.
