Iam looking to buy a good water cooling system I pretty much determined that my CPU can't handly heat while playing games so it causes it to reboot so I think im gona get water cooling system which is best to buy and @ no more then $120

You kind of shoot yourself in the foot with that $120 limit. The Danger Den Maze2 block and an Eheim 1248 pump alone will cost that much. Forget about the radiator, tubing and reservoir.
There are certainly cheaper systems available, but aren't you in this for performance? A good water cooling system is an investment that will outlast your current CPU and mobo. Spend once for for the best instead of twice to go from disappointing so-so to best.

Although you are discussing a AMD CPU, this post is cooling related. It should be in the Cooling section.

you could start off with a maze2 waterblock, a fairly cheap pump and a good radiator. Just use a 5Gallon bucked to hold the water. That setup right there would be a decent pr4mr, and be withing budget.
