do i need a separate psu for it?

EDIT - D'oh - it's way too late for me to be up zzZzzz

It's a pity they don't tell you what kind of amps those things take at various voltages, so I would stay away as they could be 20W or 200W modules.

It's crap... if you were even thinking of putting that NEAR a cpu, then you should never be allowed near a computer ever again.

if i got a Swiftech MCX4000T and a Meanwell S320-12 power supply - would i be set? Is there anything else i would need?

Peltiers don't do an incredible amount under heavy loads and aircooling. If you really want to have a peltier, you will generally need a water cooling setup to handle that degree of heat.
