I have a Duron 650 and am running at 900 also...well done!
you won`t have any problems at all at 900....but dont count on going any higher using the multipliers. my system boots and loads windows, but hangs at 950, so FSB is the only option now.
I am very lucky...I am using a crappy silver orb to cool and my temps are 34 c idle, 46c full load, so that isnt great, but not too bad.
........now if only i had gotten that kt133a chipset.....hmmmmmmmm

900 is a good overclock. Congrats! Now, here's where the addiction starts. You'll go over the to CPU database and check the 650 Duron out. You will say, "WTF? How come people are getting up to 1100mhz air-cooled?" Then you will plot for a better HSF, thermal grease, higher rpm fans, maybe eventually water-cooling. That's what happened to me and my Duron 650 and it now runs at 1070mhz. It's an addiction that never ends. The only thing that's stopping me from getting an AXIA t-bird is my Kt7 raid motherboard. I can't get the FSB up high enough to even challenge the AXIA so I'll need at least a kt7a or maybe a kt7e motherboard sometime in the near future.

Not bad.
Duron 650@1000(10x100)1,79V, 40ºC idle, using silver orbital heatsink and ball bearing fan.
Asus A7V Rev. 1,02; Bios 1008X/FXD.

I´m preparing my homemade water-cooling block. Soon I will try 1100-1200.
I like overclocking.

Gamba, they tend to hit "the wall" around 1050 or so, regardless of cooling. The occasional lucky one will go above 1100.
