My AOpenAK73 -1394(A) MB talks about the 3.3v main power being adjustable (for better overclocking). I never hear anybody mention adjusting that voltage. Does anybody have experience with this kind of voltage adjustment? What does it do?

i think you are talking about the i/o voltage........that's the voltage/power supplied to hardware....sometimes it will let u overclock better if u set it higher........
btw, corrrect me if i m wrong...but i think it's something like that

3.3 V is the voltage which is used by your video card and your ram.
It īmay be useful to increase it by 0.1 - 0.3 V to make your system more stable. Especially when you are using high FSBīs.
Good luck.
