ThermoEngine V60-4210, Thermal Paste??????

Hi, I have just bought the Athlon .1333 and the ThermoEngine V60-4210, I have looked at the bottom of the Heat Sink and there is a small (~1cm squared) patch of "greenish goo" and I was wondering if this was some type of thermal paste?. I was planning on buying some Arctic Silver II or simillar.
Shall I stay with the stuff on the Heat sink or use some Arctic Silver II as well as, or remove the stuff on the heat sink and use the Arctic Silver II instead?

That sounds like thermal or"frag" tape. Scrape it of w/ a razor and wipe clean w/ nail polish remover. Lap the bottom of the heatsink and go w/ the Artic Silver. That should help w/ temps.

Cheers for the help, I will go with the Arctic Silver II :) . One more thing, I Belive that the Athlon 1.33 is multiplyier unlocked, (is this correct?) or do I have to do the pencil trick?
