how do u make a temp sensor for cpu or mobo if my mobo has none?

ive heard i can make or install a senso since apparently my mobo has none. id rather just buy one. any ideas?

Several reseller sites carry a stick on LCD readout digital thermometer with a bead type probe you can use. They run around $15-20 for a simple, single channel one. There are more fancy units with multiple channels.
