Definatly too hot. Ive got a PIII 450 @464. Not o/c yet! With generic CPU fan and two system fans. And i get a temp of 28°C after an 1hrs worth of Quake3 dm4 "Faces of Many Deaths" with full bots on Hurt me plenty.

I suggest that you get a couple of system fans installed.

Take the side covers off the case. If that makes a differance in temps you need to install some case fans.

U are to hot! I don't know that paste u are using, maybe u should get some Artic Silver 2, and see if that helps.
How much air does the fan move? Should be around 30 CFM, if it's less I think u should try another fan.
