xp1700 b multi problem

I have a nasty pb! First i had a kt266a board so i blew the bridges so that i had 16.5x133=2200 mhz on a dlt3c but now i upgraded to a nforce 2 ultra 400 and the mobo can't change the multi(i was expecting that) but can't change the fsb either? i tried with some rear window deffoger repair kit to link the blown bridges but i hadn't enugh of that repair **** and the mobo didnt boot, then i wiped out the links and evrething is like before(can't change fsb & multi). Has someone any ideea?? I wanted to get 200x11 or more (The mobo boots at 2400 Mhz)

what is the current multi that it shows up in your bios?

16.5x133. If i change the multi there is no post, if i change the fsb, it remains at 133, the board is a k7n2delta-l
