Has anyone here played Republic: The Revolution yet? I was waiting for this game for what seems like years and I am kinda disapointed in it. The 3d model of the city is fantastic but really kinda useless since you dont use that veiw to really play the game. When you are forced to watch a certain special event nothing funny or exciting happens you kinda just sit there and watch someone try to hand out a book or something(no one ever walks by so the character just stands there). Overall the game is a awsome concept I just wish they integrated the 3d enviroment into the gameplay more. Maybee Republic 2 will be the game I was expecting.

I have to agree with that. I installed the game and just from the music i new this was no game for me. I played it for 15min, but no action. might have to give it another go later on, but with the BF1942 Secret weapons of WW2, it will have to wait along time...
