well i got my new 1700+ in (told my parents i needed it and could not afford it b/c of my truck note so they bought it for me thank god) any ways im still stuck at 200 mhz no matter what bios or ram we put my kingston in my friends computer and he hits 225 no problem so i know its no the ram we exchanged everything with the exception of psu's and cases and he hit higher fsb with mine in his case than his in his case... can my psu be bad? and could this cause me to not hit high fsb? my voltages are as follows

i think the psu might be going bad but i have a waranty on it so if u think that might be it hlp me out by saying bad psu. btw my friend is using a generic 400w psu
