Weird problem 850 boots & runs fine 900 runs fine but hangs on cold boot

This is really strange it runs fine at 900 but when i do a cold boot it does nothing (i have to reset cmos)? and when i warm boot it at 900 it runs fine that means i can't shut down my comp because i have to reset everything!?

Does anyone has a clue

yea i got almost the same problem with my a7v133!
will do 150 fsb on cold bootup!
if anybody hase any tips please tell us!
