How do I clear the CMOS on an ASUS A7V133??

Can anyone tell me how exactly do you clear the CMOS on the ASUS A7V133? This is the 2nd time my computer would not post after messing with my bios. The first time I brought it to the computer shop and spent $35 dollars, hopefully I could save some money this time? I know I have to short the solder points, but how exactly do you do this? I'm new at all this overclocking stuff and any info at all would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I replied to this question in one of your previous posts. If I remember correctly, you need to open up your motherboard manual and go to page 59, the procedure is there in the paragraph titled "Forgot the Password"
