Weird freeze

Ok you can look at my specs in my sgnature.
My temps are as follow under prime95 CPU 45C
system 28C. NOw Prime 95 is 100% stable. when I play games they sometimes lock-up after about 20minutes sometimes more sometimes less.

I'm trying with 1.825v (1.91) voltage now.

Any suggestions please?

Well, ur signature isn't there, so I don't know ur spec's.
Have u tried to run it at lower speeds?

Yes I tried all the way down to 1.2 ghz still same problem.
