Ok, does it really matter weather you get like an ATI, Sapphire, FIC, Hercules, etc 9800 pro??? I mean, I know that Powercolor sucks big time...but do these other brands really differ from an actual made by ATI 9800 pro??? If so, which is the best???

Yes it does.
some times differnt brands us differnt memory types, or slightly differnt clock speeds. Some brands have better thought out board designs that give it an egde over the others. But this is all a very small differnce. to some it's worth it. but always do researce to make sure.

Sapphire has been known for not-skipping out on memory as of late. So a Sapphire is always a good choose.

I know that some brands don't have locked clockspeeds and built by ATI's do, although it's easy to get around anyway. I know that Saphire's aren't locked. I went with ATI for my 9500pro simply because it was the only one I could find.
