Voltage fluctations

I've been wondering this for a while, are my voltage fluctuations normal?

Motherboard sensors aren't all that stable or accurate.

On my IC-7 the Vcore is rock steady when measured with a voltmeter, even though the voltage reported by the motherboard sensor bounces around a lot.

Ok thx, I was hoping my true power 550w wasn't a waste of money.
