What should I set my Monitor Refresh rate at? Is it faster refresh rate better? It says I can put maz at 100mhz, but im using 85Mhz right now. Anyway give me a point here and there? I'm not sure if its good to messed with high refresh rate. LMK thanks.
it you goto the manufacturers website and find the monitor you have, they should have a list of what refresh rate to use with eash resolution.

what im basically asking is that, is it good to put max refresh rate of the monitor or not?
if the refresh rate is higher then what the monitor supports for the resolution your running, it can damage the monitor.

but yes, it generally is better for a higher refresh rate, as long as it is within the monitors capabilities.
I think the minimum acceptable standard is 75Hz so it doesn't strain your eyes. I typically don't run my monitor refresh rate much higher than this for everday use because I don't notice much difference and the higher settings probably put more strain on the monitor which could cause it to breakdown sooner.
I believe but am not 100% sure that the higher the refresh rate the picture quality degrades. So i'de run at the lowest that you can comfortably run at without straining your eyes. I personally run at 85hz
