Well post a link since none of us ever heard of Athlon NT.

Your motherboard is based on nForce2 chipset which only supports Socket A CPUs.

A different and more expensive mobo will be required for much more expensive Athlon 64 CPUs.

If you want to overclock, the CPUs to get are
1700+ Thoroughbred B
2100+ Thoroughbred B
2500+ Barton

It would be a waste of $ to get anything else for overclocking.

Do you mean the Athlon FX? That's closely related to the Opteron and uses socket 940. Athlon 64s use socket 754. Athlons, Durons, and Athlon XPs (thoroughbred, thoroughbred B, Barton, among many others) use socket 462, also called socket A. Your motherboard has socket A, and the manual will have a list of officially supported processors (sometimes expanded with bios revisions as faster processors coome out).
