Old p/s used to run just the fans??

Hi I was wondering how I could use this old at power supply that I got for free for my extra fans. What I would like to do is just use this old ps to run just my fans.....I think I have to jump two of the plugs on the connector to get it to fire up...is this true....

You can run the fans off it, but it would be way way overkill.

If its an ATX power supply, you need to connect the Remote wire to a ground. The Remote wire is usually green and is the 3rd wire.
