at least 2 hard drives, 4 led fans, 2-3 optical drives, 1 high-end video card that might be overclocked a little bit along with the cpu being overclocked too, and that's pretty much it. Also the PSU itself looks cool for case window to show it off also. Thanks.
P.S. - are there any PSU with color fans and are super quiet and yet very powerful? Thanks.
EDIT: My budget is under $200.

antec true blue 480 is powerful and has a blue light for ~85 at www.newegg.com
fortron 350 aurora has 120mm fan is also powerful and has a blue light for ~$50 at www.newegg.com
the antec true 480 is more powerful on the 12v rail...which can be important for overclocks higher than 2.5ghz with AMD or 3.2+ghz with the p4...
I agree that for Intels, you're going to need a hefty 12V rating, 20A or higher is preferable, but you really don't need anything more than 15A for even the highest AMD overclocks. 2.6ghz with 2.0v should be possible if you're lucky enough to have a processor that can scale that high, the psu shouldn't even then hold you back. Given the rarity of the systems that can cross that(chilled water, etc.) you shouldn't need anything more than the Aurora. But I'd say that the $89 AOpen 530W is a far better value than the True480 if you're looking for high-end.

Which rating should i check on the PSU? I"m seeing several ones when i check for "number A."

A=amperes, a measure of current. Most PSU's have a current specification for each output, though you can only trust these so far with most generic units.
I second the Fortron 350 Aurora - should handle your system at least for a while... what I want to see is that 530 come out with a 120mm LED fan ;)
Other than that, you could try an Antec 480 Trueblue. Resist the urge to get a cheap Turbolink LED unit - they suck.

Hmm i'm thinking my first choice is the Antec Trueblue. For that price, i just have to get it. Thanks.

Just to throw in my 2 cents but the Fortron 530 is a killer PSU -- mine is really quiet and it works great. It was 70 at newegg last I checked. the first 530 I had went bad the first week i had it but the second one has been really really stable.
I highly recommend it

I'd also go for the Fortron 530. Fortron make great PSUs.

Oh sorry guys, i think i forgot to add that i'm looking to buy the PSU at a local store such as Fry's. Do you think Fry's carries either Fortron PSU's or the Antec TrueBlue? Thanks.

Indeed! Fortron are great PSU's.
But I didn't have to power a small town so the 400w
FSP400-60PFC was good enough for me. :p
And besides.... just like the 530w, the 400w model
will allow 40a on the 5v rail.
They are only $59 at Directron.com. :D
