What is I/O voltage? and should u adjust it when overclocking?

I/O voltage is what powers your ram and vid card and other cards in your system. You probably should only mess with that as a last resort to try to get it stable when all else fails. I wouldnt go too much higher than what it's at now because you risk burning out your ram or vid card. It doesnt help my stability at all.

bump that.. it did nothing for my stability. use it only as a last resort!

Yes, use I/O voltage as last resource and It does help; I am very sure, at least in my case. I had, finally, a very stable system, 800 Duron at 140x7.5 = 1050mhz with maximum 1.85 Vcore and 3.7V I/O. By all means, I want to lower the V I/O as possible but My system could not boot at V I/0 less than 3.7V. At 3.6V it gives me 1 long beep follows by 2 short ones. And It becomes very stable soon as I push the V I/O to 3.7V.
