Can the P4P800 go over 2.85V for memory? This seems low as the RAM I was looking into needs 2.90V. Also what is the max CPU voltage?

Without voltmodding, 2.85v is the highest for memory. The CPU voltage is way more than is safe for any P4 cpu (1.9v I believe).
